Shipping and delivery
TAKING ORDERS
- Delivery is made from 11:00 to 19:00. Before receiving the order, our operator will contact you for confirmation. Thank you for your understanding.
- The minimum order amount is 200 lei, with the delivery price.
- Orders are received through the online store;
- Orders are received daily from 09:00 to 18:00 (except on public holidays);
- Orders placed after 18:00 are confirmed during the next day;
- In the order comment, you can mention the desired delivery time, and we will try to adjust our delivery schedule;
- Cancellation or change of delivery time is made at least 2 hours before the time set for delivery, contacting the operator and indicating the order number is required;
- For the protection of all those involved in the delivery, the order is delivered up to the block scale.

- The cost of delivery is automatically calculated by Courier Rapid from Posta Moldovei software.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
- Payment in cash upon receipt of the order;
- Payment by bank card (VISA, MasterCard) upon receipt of the order;
- Online payment via Paynet link: QIWI wallet, Yandex money, Bitcoin, MDL (Visa, Mastercard), any other currency (Visa, Mastercard);
- Upon receipt of the order, a check is issued for the purchases made.
A CHANGE OF PAYMENT AMOUNT MAY TAKE PLACE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
- Lack of the requested product at the warehouse;
- In case of ordering goods weighed on the scales, the price may differ depending on the weight. It can be smaller or larger than the default per kg on the website;
- When receiving the order, check the integrity, quantity, and quality of the products according to the receipt.
