Shipping and delivery

TAKING ORDERS

  • Delivery is made throughout the day. Confirmation of the order will be carried out by the operator in the order of receipt of the order. Thank you for your understanding!
  • The price for delivery is 50 lei in Chisinau and FREE for orders over 400 lei;
  • Personal pick-up is possible from the address of Chisinau municipality, bul. Dacia 18 only after confirming the order with the operator;
  • Orders are received through the online store;
  • Orders are received daily from 09:00 to 18:00 (except on public holidays);
  • Orders placed after 18:00 are confirmed during the next day;
  • In the order comment, you can mention the desired delivery time, and we will try to adjust our delivery schedule;
  • Cancellation or change of delivery time is made at least 2 hours before the time set for delivery, contacting the operator and indicating the order number is required;
  • For the protection of all those involved in the delivery, the order is delivered up to the block scale.

COST OF DELIVERY

  • 50 lei in Chisinau and FREE for orders over 400 lei.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

  • Payment in cash upon receipt of the order;
  • Payment by bank card (VISA, MasterCard) upon receipt of the order;
  • Upon receipt of the order, a check is issued for the purchases made.

A CHANGE OF PAYMENT AMOUNT MAY TAKE PLACE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

  • Lack of the requested product at the warehouse;
  • In case of ordering goods weighed on the scales, the price may differ depending on the weight. It can be smaller or larger than the default per kg on the website;
  • When receiving the order, check the integrity, quantity, and quality of the products according to the receipt.
