An organic product can be found under the name eco, organic or natural, but it can only be considered as organic only when the product has a certificate issued by a certification body which is accredited by the government of the country in which it operates. An organic certificate is issued only when the operator strictly adheres to all the principles of organic farming, all standards regulated by the competent authorities. The main purpose of the activities of certification bodies is to ensure that the products certified by them comply with applicable standards \/ regulations of organic farming, and the certification process is carried out independently, non-discriminatory, transparent, and credible to the consumer. <\/p>\n\n\n
